When Fidelity decided to create a new service for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), they reached out to Isobar for how this product should work and how it should look.
I took the lead for branding and visual design. I began by conducting a competitive brand analysis of other wealth management providers. From there I ran branding workshop with the client and synthesized the output into a creative brief.
Finally, I applied the visual elements of the newly created brand guidelines to detailed conceptual designs of key screens for Fidelity PWM.
All of the things mentioned above, along with work conducted by my UX counterpart (personas, user journeys, wireframes), were combined into a Experience Brief.
